RETURN POLICY
New and unworn items can be returned to Tingo Inc. within 7 days of delivery. Returns will incur a $10 restocking fee shipping will not be included the rest of the funds will be returned to the original method of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel your purchase a $10 restocking fee will apply, as orders are prepared to ship immediately. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Department via Email at the "Contact Us" Page.

Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your request. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment, it may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
